A very Comprehensive history of one of the greatest and most controversial men of all time. Julius Caesar the man that conquer most of the known world in his day got off to a late start in life when his family was on the wrong side of a early Roman civil war. Marked for death by the Roman Dictator Sulla Caesar managed to escape - for a while. Caesar had had ambitions of being a great leader like Alexander the Great but because of his affiliation with the losers of a civil war he became a political outcast and was never to be allowed rise very high. Caesar had to watch and wait while his Roman rival Pompey was given command of the Roman Army and went on victory after victory. Pompey was even given Alexander's tile -The Great- Finally Caesar quite late in his life was given a change to lead a Roman Army. And the world was never to be the same again!
